Form Function and Variation of Burning Surface Area for the Pentatubular Charge
Keywords:

Abstract
The problem of combustion of a penta-tubular charge has been considered in this paper. This is a cylindrical with five holes of equal diameters, one at the centre and the other four symmetrically situated about it. The burning of the charge proceeds in three distinct phases for each of which the form function and variation of surface area has been investigated. Equivalent form-factor has also been found.
