Abstract

A solution of some of the problems of the Silver-Zinc Cells, when used as a multiple cell battery, has been obtained and applied successfully to a typical 12V, 20 Ah Silver-Zinc multiple cell battery used to power a portable Military communication equipment. Current trends of development on the optimisation of the performance of Silver-Zinc secondary battery system has also been discussed.
