Ductile material, Plastic flowAbstract
Due to monotonically increasing internal pressure, a thick spherical shell of rigid plastic ductile material undergoes plastic deformation. Using Thomas's fracture theory, the critical pressure that causes fracture and the velocity as well as the stress during plastic flow, are estimated by analytical method.Downloads
