Abstract

The regression models proposed by different workers for predicting human endurance time have been reviewed critically in respect of their applications for indirect measure of human endurance fitness in strenuous exercise.

S.S. Verma, Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences, Delhi Cantt.
Dr. S.S Verma, a Scientist at DIPAS , Delhi, obtanied MSc(Statistics) from Agra University in 1966 and PhD from Delhi University in 1977.Since 1969 he is engaged in the field of biostatistics related to physiology and medical science. He was Fellow to undertake studies on epidemiological services, development and Training in Malaysia and Indonesia.
