Abstract

The closed vessel at Kirkee is an ARD Type No. 21. In essence, it is a strong cylindrical chamber 6" by 3" diameter made in three pieces, one hollow cylinder and two end Mocks. One end block carries a control valve for evacuation or release of the gases inside. It also carries an insulated electrode.
