Abstract

Worldwide corporates are adopting novel and cost-effective ways to update knowledge and skills of their workforce. Advances in information technology have opened doors for collecting, storing, and disseminating information in a big way. This paper presents e-learning as adopted by the corporates to boost their employee training efforts.
