Abstract

The Semantic Web, which represents the next generation of the Web, will be characterised by machine-interpretable content, intelligent semantic agents, advanced searches and improved Web services. The underlying languages and technologies for Semantic Web are fast evolving. The paper discusses model of a network control centre created using OWL, a Semantic Web language.
