Abstract : The formation of a coloured complex between copper sulphate and meta sodium arsenite (pH=9.3) has been reported. The composition of scheeles green arrived at by Job's method of continuous variation and pH titrations, is CuOAssub2Osub3 or Cu(AsOsub2)sub2. |
